DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day of receipt. You can select your preferred delivery time and cost when placing your order but please note that all dates quoted for delivery are estimated and as provided by Royal mail. If your t-shirt is being posted outside the UK we recommend that you contact your local customs office to check local customs policies as these may incur additional costs and delays to your order.

We
offer UK and International delivery throughout the world including the United
States Of America.
How
much is delivery?
1st
Class 1-2 working days £1.40
Next
day by 1PM If received by 1PM £8.00
Europe
5-10 working days £3.80
Rest
of World 10-14 working days £4.20 *

Non EU postage for over 5 t-shirts will be automatically calculated &
displayed.
Please
note for International orders: If your order is being posted outside the UK,
you may have to pay additional import duties, taxes or custom clearance charges
levied by your country. This is particularly likely for higher value orders.
Customs Policies vary widely from country to country so we strongly recommend
that you check your local customs regulations before placing your order - we
would hate you to have any nasty surprises.
How
long does it take for you to post my t-shirt?
We
try to dispatch your t-shirt(s) within a day. Next day orders received Mon-Fri
will be dispatched the same day as long as your order is received by 12 Noon.
Do
I need to be in to receive my t-shirt?
A
Single T Shirt will fit through a standard letterbox opening. A Hoodie
however is too large. If you're not going to be at home you can let us
know if we need to delay sending your t-shirt or you can select a different
address, such as a work address. Please note we use Royal Mail so we are unable
to pass on any specific delivery instructions to your postman!
Do
you offer a gift service?
Yes.
Just let us know if your order is to be sent to someone else during check out.
All
our t-shirts are nicely wrapped but please feel free to let us know if you'd
like to include a special gift message. Just send what you would like to say
with your order number to sales@expressyourselfdesigns.co.uk and we'll include
your message free of charge.
Your
gift recipient can of course return or exchange their t-shirt but any refund
would have to be made to the original payees debit, credit or PayPal account.
RETURNS
& EXCHANGES
All
our t-shirts and orders are made ready for you with care and attention.
Sometimes though we realise that your t-shirt or order may not be quite right.
The following answers will help with any questions about returning or
exchanging your t-shirt. If you are still unsure please contact us or telephone
us on 01329 501700 and we'll be happy to help with any queries.
What
is your exchange and return Policy?
We
will always be sorry if your t-shirt is not quite right for you but as long as
your t-shirt is returned to us within 30 days, in its original condition and
original packing, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Under
Distance Selling Regulations you also have a right to cancel your order within
seven working days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us in writing within
the seven days that you wish to cancel your full order and that you intend to
return the t-shirt(s) and we will offer you a full refund including the
original postage and packing charge as soon as goods are received back.

do I return my t-shirt for an exchange or refund?

Please
note that we are not responsible for returned orders until they arrive back
with us. Please make sure that your return is insured against getting lost in
the post by obtaining Proof of Postage from the Post Office.
How
long does an exchange or refund take?
We
will let you know that we have received your returned t-shirt(s) and we aim to
process all exchanges and refunds within 3 working days from receipt. You will
receive notification from us that a refund has been put through to your
original card. Individual banks do vary but you should expect to see the refund
in your account 3-4 working days after this notification.
