We've
tried to keep these T&C’s as simple possible as we want you to be very
clear about our conditions of trade. Please read carefully.

Yourself Designs is the trading name of Express Yourself Designs. Express

Our
standard Terms & Conditions are set out below but if you have any queries

By
placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed
to the following Terms and Conditions so please read carefully. The terms do
not affect your statutory rights.
CONTRACT
Your
contract for purchases made through www.expressyourselfdesigns.co.uk is with
Express Yourself Designs. Your submission of an order represents an offer to
purchase by you and it is not contractually binding on us until we have
accepted your order by dispatching your product(s) to you which is when we take
payment. This means that:
All
the details that you provide to Express Yourself Designs for the purpose of
purchasing products must be true, accurate, current and complete in all
respects and if requested by us you must provide, within a reasonable time
frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any
information supplied by you, or your identity. If we suspect that you have
engaged in or are about to engage in fraudulent or illegal activity Express
Yourself Designs holds the right to cancel your order.
You
agree that if you break these conditions you will be responsible for the costs
and expenses that Express Yourself Designs incurs as a result of the breach,
including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if
someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you
can prove that such use was fraudulent.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once
you have placed an order with us we will send you a confirmation that your
order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your order has been
accepted. If a product is incorrectly priced or incorrectly described Express
Yourself Designs is not obliged to sell you that product but will immediately
refund any payment made in full. If Express Yourself Designs does not have
enough stock to accept your order you can request that we notify you as soon as
stock is available. Express Yourself Designs is not able to accept payment for
advanced orders. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorized when
your order is placed but payment will only be taken from your account when we despatched
your t-shirt to you.
PRICES
Prices
are subject to change without notice but all prices quoted on this website are
accurate at the time of publication. Prices are quoted in pounds
sterling. We are not
at present a VAT registered company and therfore unable to provide a VAT
reciept at this time.
PAYMENT
We
accept the following methods of payment
All
credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation
by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise
payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
We
may from time to time offer promotional discount codes. The conditions of use
relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Only one
promotion code can be used per order. A promotion code can't be used after an
order has been placed. Promotional codes and offers cannot be used on sale
products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We
will always be sorry if your t-shirt is not quite right for you but as long as
your t-shirt is returned to us within 30 days, in its original condition and
original packing, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Under
Distance Selling Regulations you also have a right to cancel your order within
seven working days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us in writing
within the seven days that you wish to cancel your full order and that you
intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund
including the original postage and packing charge once we have received your
t-shirt(s) back.
If
you have received a t-shirt as a gift you can of course return or exchange this
too but any refunds can only be made to the original card holder.

All
rights, including copyright, in the content of our website are owned or
controlled by Express Yourself Designs. In accessing our web pages, you agree
that you may only download the content for your own individual and
non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store
(in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way
the content of www.expressyourselfdesigns.co.uk web pages for any other purpose
whatsoever without the prior written permission.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS AND LIABILITY
We
take every care to ensure that the description, specification and photos of our
t-shirts are correct. These are intended only to give a general impression of
the t-shirt and are not binding. This means, for example, that the colour
reproduction of the products is only a close representation and we cannot
accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser
software or computer system used to view the products.
The
information contained in this website is for general information purposes only.
The information is provided by Express Yourself Designs and while we endeavour
to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no warranties of any
kind, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability,
suitability or availability with respect to this information. Any reliance you
place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. In no event
will we be liable for any loss or damage in connection with the use of this
website. Through this website you are also able to link to other websites which
are not under the control of Express Yourself Designs. We have no control over
the nature, content and availability of those sites and are used at your own
